I was a bit confused as to why one rotor and brake pad came in one box and the rest in a second box without the company stating that's what would happen.Therefore, I did contact them the day I received the first box and they let me know that the second should becoming the next day. It did.So while that was not told in the beginning, the customer service was a big help and answered in a timely manner.The rotors and brakes have worked perfectly fine and the price was pretty dang decent compared to what the estimates would have been.
